Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in is at 4pm.

Q. What time is check out?

A. Check out is at noon.

Q. What if I need to stay past the check out time?

A. Requests for late checkouts are assessed on a case-by-case basis. For departures after 12 noon there may be an additional charge. Please contact Guest Services should you require an extended checkout.

Q. How can I pay for my room?

A. We accept Cash, Travellers Cheques, Debit Cards, American Express, Master Cards, Visa, Diners/CarteBlanche and Discover/Novus Credit Cards. If you would like to arrange for billing to your company please contact our accounting department at 902-367-7777.

Q. I am traveling with an infant or toddler. Do you offer cribs?

A. We offer play pens at no additional cost.

Q. Is there a charge for extra persons in my room?

A. Rates are based on double occupancy. For additional adults an additional cost of $20 per person plus tax applies.

Q. Do you offer senior discounts?

A. There is a special seniors rate for people over 55 years young. Inquire at time of reservation. ID is required on check in.

Q. I'd like to purchase a certificate as a gift. Do you offer gift certificates?

A. Yes. Visit our Gift Cards page for more information on ordering gift cards.

Q. What does your privacy policy mean?

A. Our privacy policy is that we do not give out or sell guest information to any third parties without your consent. We are following the guidelines established by the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Q. Tell me about your parking.

A. The hotel offers full valet parking. The parking fee is $16.00 + tax per day with full in and out privileges. Maximum vehicle height is 6ft. You also have the option to self park in one of the local parkades.

Q. Are taxes and fees included in the price?

A. Taxes and fees are generally not included on prices for goods or services. Rates are subject to the 15% HST and the Destination Market Fee of 3%.

Q. Do you have a restaurant?

A. The Redwater Rustic Grille, located off the lobby, is open daily for breakfast, lunch & dinner year-round. Enjoy fresh regional rustic cuisine and a comprehensive wine list. Room Service is available.

Q. Do you allow pets?

Q. How old do you have to be to stay at the hotel?

A. You must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card at time of check in and the credit must be in the person's name that is checking in.
